About us — your questions
What is included in the price?
Everything. Our pricing is all-inclusive — your chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls and presentation are all covered in the quote you receive. There are no surprise extras and no hidden charges; the figure we confirm is the figure you pay.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and school formals we recommend booking as early as possible — these dates fill months ahead, particularly across spring and summer. For winery tours, airport transfers and events, a few weeks’ notice is usually ample, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate shorter timeframes.
Do the drivers wear a suit?
Always. Every chauffeur is presented in a black suit, white shirt and tie on every job, without exception — punctual, discreet and professional from the moment they arrive.
Can I inspect the vehicle before booking?
Absolutely. Because we own our entire fleet, you’re welcome to inspect any vehicle before you reserve. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a time — it’s the surest way to see that the car you book is the car that shows up.
