Can I inspect the vehicle before booking?
Yes absolutely, in fact we encourage it. Let us know you’d like to inspect the vehicle when you enquire and we’ll arrange a convenient time.
Can I request a specific limousine for my occasion?
Yes absolutely. Tell us which vehicle you’d like when you enquire and (subject to availability) it’s yours for the duration of your booking.
What happens if my booked limousine becomes unavailable?
This is exactly the problem we exist to solve. We own and maintain the whole fleet, so once your booking is confirmed it stays confirmed, there are no third-party cancellations or last-minute swaps. In the rare event of a genuine mechanical issue, we’d contact you personally and arrange the closest alternative from our own vehicles, never leave you stranded.
How well are the limousines maintained and presented?
Meticulously. Every vehicle is garaged, serviced and detailed by us, and presented spotless inside and out for each booking.
What are the passenger capacity options of your fleet?
Our fleet covers most group sizes with a combination of sedans, SUVs and limousines. For larger groups we can coordinate more than one vehicle on the same timeline, all under a single all-inclusive booking.
